My snap judgment was that this might be too much for my 13-year-old, but he hopped on and handled it just fine. So far, it’s been a good fit for him.

I got my Hover-1 scooter last month it rides well. The battery is decent, and it feels steady when I’m using it. But wow, it’s heavier than I expected, and I do not have the patience for dragging this thing upstairs every time. Other than that, I’m still happy with it overall.

I ordered it in black, but a blue one showed up instead. Kind of makes me wonder if they just sent whatever they had lying around. I reached out to support, but they took way too long to get back to me, which didn’t exactly make me feel better about the whole thing.

I don’t remember every page I clicked on, but I definitely remember waiting around a lot. A couple pages took so long to load that I just gave up after a bit. Maybe there were some good parts, but the slowness is what stuck with me...

I ordered from Hover-1 and the shipping took way longer than I expected. The tracking barely updated, so I was just stuck guessing where my package was. The product itself was fine once it finally showed up, but the wait was really frustrating. What annoyed me most is how these shipping policies always seem to have little loopholes where they can miss the expected delivery window and still act like it’s totally normal.

I don’t really know what the issue is, but this app just gives me a bad feeling sometimes. It’ll connect fine one minute, then randomly drop the connection like it just gave up. When it works, it’s okay, but dealing with the connection stuff is frustrating

I thought my scooter was done for, but I ended up finding the replacement part I needed right on the hover-1 site. Ordering was straightforward, and once it came in I got it swapped out without much trouble. Definitely glad I didn’t have to buy a whole new scooter. Has anyone else had the same issue with needing a replacement part?

It rides really smooth and feels comfortable overall. No complaints from me so far, which is always nice, because I can be picky about this stuff.

I returned my scooter and had to keep chasing them to get my refund sorted. Support took ages to reply, which made the whole thing frustrating.

It got here quick, and the scooter looked good once I opened everything up. The box itself was a little beat up though, like a few dents and one corner was kind of smashed, so yeah, I was a bit worried at first. But thankfully nothing inside was damaged and all the parts were there. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the packaging had looked better.

After a couple months, though, the battery started feeling weaker and the plastic around the deck got loose. I wasn’t doing anything crazy with it either, just normal sidewalk riding.

For what I paid, I expected it to hold up better. Customer support was fine, but the scooter itself just doesn’t feel very durable in the long run

I’ll admit I’m probably a bit picky about this kind of thing, but I just didn’t like how it handled anything even slightly uneven. I tried it over small cracks and some rougher paths, and it started shaking a lot and slowed down quickly. In my opinion, it’s fine if you’re using it on perfectly flat, smooth ground, but outside of that it’s frustrating.

The scooter is fine once it’s actually charged, but the charging is what bugs me. From what I remember with other scooters I’ve used, this one feels like it sits plugged in forever before it’s finally full. I’ll leave it charging for hours and still feel like I’m waiting around. It also seems like the battery doesn’t always last as long as I expected after a full charge. It’s not a dealbreaker, but for the price, I thought the charging and battery performance would be better.

I’ve had my Hover-1 for a few weeks now, and the battery has surprised me. I usually just ride it around the neighborhood when I get a chance, though I haven’t been out as much as I’d like because work has been all over the place. Even so, every time I use it, there’s still plenty of charge left when I’m done. It charges without any problems too. So far, I’m happy with it.

It didn’t take all day or anything, but it was definitely more annoying than I expected. Once it was finally assembled, the scooter was good, but the setup process could’ve been a lot smoother...

I had a feeling the return process wouldn’t be too bad, it ended up being even easier than I expected. Everything went quickly, and there was no hassle at all...
